Orthobanc provides a hassle-free payment experience. There is no interest charged with most plans, and there is no credit check in order to use their service in most cases. It is a service for patients that may choose to spread out their payments across the number of months of their treatment. Payments are electronically drafted each month from your checking, savings, credit card, or FSA savings accounts.

Care credit

CareCredit also provides affordable, flexible financing options with added benefits beyond dentistry. A simple, quick, and confidential application process is required with an instant qualifying response time in return. CareCredit offers “No Interest Payment Plan” financing. Insurance

While we do accept most insurances, please understand that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. If we have all of your insurance information before the day of the appointment and are able to verify your coverage, we will be happy to file your claim for you. You must be familiar with your insurance benefits as we will collect from you the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay. Insurance benefits change throughout the year based on the renewal date for that particular employer. Therefore, we can only estimate, not guarantee, what your insurance company will pay to the best of our ability at that time.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is different from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
